During our 5-day implant courses, each participant is guaranteed to place a minimum of 30 implants as the main surgeon. Each doctor will also assist their group member with 30+ implants and additional surgeries.

Monday-Friday:10+ hours/day of live surgery under supervision.

Each group works in teams of 2 participants, to 1 instructor.

Participants of this level will expand their practical experience by working on extreme and very difficult implantological cases. Cases may include, but are not limited to: implantation in highly atrophic bone, with sinus lift and bone augmentation, intra-oral harvesting of the patients bone, block grafts, use of titanium mesh in oral reconstruction.

To attend this highly complex level, you have have extensive oral surgery practical experience, with a minimum placement of 200 implants or completion of our Level 2 Q-Implant Marathon.

Our Level 4 course is offered only once to twice per year, and upon request of the attending doctor. This level focuses on the treatment of difficult clinical cases, specifically in the aesthetic zone. Exposure to cases ranging management of complications during implant surgery, to soft tissue grafting, GBR, bone harvesting and microsurgery.

Level Requirement: Previous participation in Level 2 or Level 3 of Q-Implant Marathon and/or vast implant experience of at least 100 implants placed. Skills will be evaluated by supervising doctor on day 1 of the course.

Over 5 days, participants will perform a minimum of 7 advanced cases, while assisting another 7-10 cases performed by their group member.
Practical implant experience with a minimum placement of 50 implants and a minimum of 1 year of oral surgery experience, or completion of our Level 1 Q-Implant Marathon.
